Return & Refund Policy
At Toe-Paz, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging (shoe box and tags).
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Sale/discounted items (unless faulty).
- Shoes showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after purchase.
3. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size or style (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested item is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Faulty or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
